It’s difficult to give an exact price list when there are so many factors to consider, but if you ask for a quote then we can work this all out for you. Factors like our travel distance, the performance times, the load-in route through the venue, the finish time, etc, can all affect the price so if you’ve got any price queries then just contact us using the form below for a price.

Our standard prices start at £540 for an evening function in our normal area of East Devon. This includes VAT, approx 4 hours of dance-floor music and an hour of background music from 7pm, finishing at midnight. We need approx 60 minutes to get setup and pack away and you’re not charged for this time.

The fee gets you a great DJ with a great PA system and Lightshow suitable for events up to 120 guests. We can do bigger events too by combining our equipment, just let us know what your planning and we can send you a quote.

As an example: let’s assume you’re planning an event at a venue in East Devon that has a straight forward access. The guests arrive at 7pm so we would arrive at 6pm to setup, play background music until the atmosphere builds. Then foreground music (or first dance) around 8pm with the party finishing at Midnight.  This is all included in the £450 + vat (£540 inc VAT) standard price.

Extra time after midnight is normally £60 p.h. inc VAT.  We advise that you book until midnight and then add extra time with the DJ on the night, so you make the most of the extra time.  We can setup early in the day so you can use the PA system for speeches, just ask for a quote, and if you’re outside of East Devon then please ask for a quote.

We can arrange little extras for you too, our friends in the wedding industry locally have all sorts of great entertainment systems and these can come along with our DJs to make it all coordinated.  These are guideline prices and subject to availability:

  • Photo Booth 3 hours with unlimited prints £350 + VAT (£420)
  • Magic Mirror 3 hours with unlimited prints £350 + VAT (£420)
  • 12ft by 12ft white twinkle dance floor £350 + VAT (£420)
  • Silent Disco Headphones 100 sets with 2 transmitters and touchscreen jukebox for second channel £350 + VAT (£420)

Once we’ve agreed the price and made sure we’re right for your party then we can send you the booking paperwork.

Just sign and return the booking paperwork, pay your 25% booking fee then your date is secure and we’re ready to party. The balance of the fee is due 10 days before your event. You can pay by cheque, BACS (bank transfer), debit card, or cash.

The paperwork will come to you by email in PDF format. Most smartphones allow you to sign and return it electronically, or if you’re old school then you can print, sign and post it back to us with a cheque.

If you’re a business and want a VAT receipt and invoice, that’s no problem too, just let us know when booking so we can get the paperwork ready for you.

Cancellations

The booking paperwork is a formal contact so that gives you and us some protection and confidence. As with all service businesses we have a cancellation policy: If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the event then nothing more is payable and the booking fee will be retained as cancellation fee. If full payment has been made, then the payment will be returned to you with a 25% booking fee deducted. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the function date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed performance fee is payable. The full agreed fee is payable if the booking is cancelled with 72 hours of the performance commencing.

We are based in East Devon so work normally around Tiverton, Cullompton, Honiton, Sidmouth, Seaton, Axminster, Exeter, Exmouth and thereabouts.  We'll travel further by request, just let us know where your venue is.
